Webline is a cloud-based website builder and all-in-one e-commerce solution — enabling anyone to easily build websites, launch scalable stores, and sell online.
We're in beta. While many features are still in development, you can already use our basic tools and explore the e-commerce mode. The following guide covers what is available now.
You can already sell on Webline. We know it's still a work in progress, but give it a go — we have already added numerous unique solutions.
Turn on e-commerce mode. Click.
The more you complete your account, modules, and product details, the enhanced your outcome will be.
To sell via the sale channel, click view on the product and send the link to your customers.
These are all order statuses:
CREATED, SYSTEM.
PAID, SYSTEM.
PROCESSED, SYSTEM.
FAILED PAYMENT, SYSTEM.
IN PROGRESS.
COMPLETED.
CANCELED.
The IN PROGRESS status will be automatically set for a successfully PAID order.
For orders that don't contain physical products, the status will automatically change to COMPLETED. In case such an order remains in PAID, it usually means the product is out of stock — add more stock and click Handle on the order page.
For orders that contain one or more physical products, the status must be manually changed from IN PROGRESS to COMPLETED or CANCELED.
Normally, the system only sends one e-mail immediately upon an order payment. You can send more e-mails or execute actions, like GET or POST requests to external systems.
