Welcome to... Webline is a cloud-based website builder and all-in-one e-commerce platform. We enable users of all experience levels to build websites, create scalable stores, sell products, and much more.

Please be aware that we are currently in beta, and while many features are still in development, you can still make use of our basic tools and explore our e-commerce platform. These steps are adapted to what we currently have available.

Today, you can already sell on Webline. We understand that the experience may not be ideal and is only suitable for small sales. However, we ask you to check us out. We have already implemented numerous innovative solutions.

Fill in details about your business. Click.

Enable more languages and currencies. Click.

Connect Stripe account to accept payments. Click.

Add some delivery methods. Click. Set up modules for the direct sale channel. Click.

Create some products. Click.

The more you fill out your account, modules, and products, the better the outcome will look.

To sell via the direct sale channel, click to View the product and share the link with your customers. These are all order statuses:

  • CREATED, SYSTEM.
  • PAID, SYSTEM.
  • PROCESSED, SYSTEM.
  • FAILED PAYMENT, SYSTEM.
  • IN PROGRESS.
  • COMPLETED.
  • CANCELED.

The IN PROGRESS status will be automatically set for a successfully PAID order.

For orders with no physical products, the status will then be automatically set to COMPLETED. When this type of order is stuck in the PAID status, some product is likely short on stock. Add more, then click the Handle button on the order page.

For orders with at least one physical product, the status must be manually changed from IN PROGRESS to COMPLETED or CANCELED.

Click. The last step would be to create webhooks.

By default, the system only sends one e-mail immediately after a successful order payment. You can send more e-mails or perform other actions, like GET / POST requests to some external systems.
